My eBook Won't Download. What Do I Do?

If there is an issue downloading your eBook, please contact us right away.  Be sure to include the following:
1. Device Used to Download eBook: Is it a PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, or a tablet?
2. The Browser Used:  Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox?
3. The eBook Format: Adobe PDF, ePub,  DRM or DRM Free
4. Whether or no an error message was received.  If so, please include it.
5. The order number for your eBook order
Having this information will help you get reading your eBook as quickly as possible.
Every so often, publishers send a notice that an eBook is no longer available after a customer has purchased and attempted to download it. Rest assured when the publisher confirms this is indeed the case, a refund is provided.
