Refund Policy

The purchase and download of any product or service from Slicebooks, is non-refundable and may not be returned. All sales of downloadable material are final.  Should a title be cancelled by a publisher or third-party supplier after a purchase has been completed, Slicebooks will provide a refund for that title. You must notify Slicebooks about the inability to download a title due to a "cancelled" or "unavailable" status within 7 working days of purchase to obtain a refund for cancelled or unavailable titles.
